If you're not satisfied with NeuroTerm Pro for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are available for:
- NeuroTerm Pro purchases made within the last 14 days
- First-time purchases (one refund per customer)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@neuroterm.dev
- Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
- Let us know you'd like a refund
That's it. You don't need to explain why or provide any justification.
Processing Time
We process refund requests within 1-2 business days.
Once processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Free Edition
The Free edition is available at no cost, so no refund is applicable. You can use it indefinitely without any payment.
